Description

Excellent value for money, the Norton Rope Ethological Halter is made of braided polypropylene.

Very soft, this pre-tied halter has a synthetic lined noseband.

This very easy to care for material allows regular cleaning of the noseband and avoids irritation due to rubbing with perspiration.

Very practical, the Norton rope Ethological Halter is available in several sizes for a perfect fit to the head of your pony, small or large horse!

Caution: an Ethological Halter works by pressure points: the knots press on innervated areas of the horse's head and the section that passes behind the ears is thin. It can become painful or dangerous if misused.

Machine washable at 30°C. 

The noseband can be cleaned quickly with a damp sponge between washes.

Size guide

The only difference between a pony and a horse is size.
According to the International Equestrian Federation, an equine measuring less than 1.48 meters, not shod, is considered a pony. If it measures more than 1.48 meters, it is classified as a horse.
The pony category is divided into 4 sub-categories based on their height at the withers, not shod.
Category A = height less than 1.07 meters
Category B = height between 1.08 and 1.30 meters
Category C = height between 1.31 and 1.40 meters
Category D = height between 1.41 and 1.48 meters
