Description

The Sprenger Pelham Bit double jointed allows a precise and effective action on the tongue, neck and lower jaw. 

It is ideal to have more control when jumping.

This bit can be used with roundings or with 2 pairs of reins for an even more precise level of action. 

The curb chain exerts extra pressure on the jaw, it is important to set it properly (flat and in contact when the bit is at a 45° angle to the mouth). 

The setting of the curb chain, more or less tightly, determines the strength of the lever effect.

The short shanks guarantee a softer action than a bit with classic shanks.

This bit can be used with pelham rings or 2 pairs of reins for more precision.

Thanks to its double jointed, this Pelham Sprenger bit fits comfortably in the horse's mouth without hitting the palate.

Sold with the curb chain.

Rinse with clear water after each use until no residue remains. Do not use if the jaws are damaged, rusted, etc.
